Great stay, nice hotel and facility. Good location near important landmarks. The food at the bar was delicious and I couldn't find any other spots nearby. The rooms were very clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay.
The climate control in the room was horrible and the bed was too hard. The room was uncomfortably warm for two days straight and when I asked for the A/C to be fixed, the response wasn't satisfactory.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect with plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance along with shopping nearby. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room amenities were fantastic, including an ironing board and tea/coffee facilities. The bed was really comfortable and everything was clean and well-maintained.
I highly recommend this place!

Great location near shops like Mac and Marks & Spencer. Comfy bed, peaceful atmosphere. Delicious meals from Cocoa Cafe. Breakfast could have more pancakes, waffles, and scrambled eggs. Bread and pastries need better freshness/warmth.

The renovated hotel was fantastic! Spacious rooms, friendly staff, and great location. Delicious breakfasts, helpful reception, and clean housekeeping. Loved the choice of pillows and the ability to open windows in the smoking rooms. Perfect stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, right off of a bustling shopping street in the city center. There are also several great restaurants in the neighborhood that are within walking distance. The hotel itself is in a good neighborhood and feels very safe.
